Product Analysis

According to the requirements of the materials used by your company, the full-automatic manipulator adopts a mobile upper and lower double electric furnace infrared heating system to effectively heat the thick sheet material. The temperature is controlled in a state where the material is not completely cured and sagging. The sheet can be bulged up by air blowing technology, the lower mold oil pressure system can be started, the material is molded by fitting the mold and the sheet, and the upper mold system works as required, the four corners of the molded product will not be cramped or offset. After the molded product is cooled by a large air volume fan. After this procedure, the back blowing and demoulding function will be started, the lower mold will be lowered, the clip frame will be raised, and the full-automatic manipulator will send out the product.
